Led end-to-end product process on the B2B vertical of the company. Successfully delivered a marketplace for car rental in more than 18 markets across Europe, Africa, and Asia. Responsible for the full process, from ideation to GTM strategy and engagement of partner companies interested in our product.
Over this period, we scaled the marketplace from zero to $2.5 M in monthly revenue, with more than 8M users applying to rent or buy a vehicle with us. This provided safety and cleanliness to users and partner companies, and helped reduce the car scarcity problem in these countries.

Responsible for a team of four Product Managers and three designers, my team drove all safety and compliance features to success and impactful results. In one year, the theft rate dropped by 78% after face recognition and payment protection features and protocols were implemented within the company. Additionally, onboarding time decreased by almost 30 hours (the previous record was 79 hours on average), resulting in benefits for both users and the company, as CAC recovery was shortened to 1 week after onboarding completion.

Managing a tribe with six teams, our mission was to enhance the experience and the results for all drivers and couriers in the company. In two years, we achieved the following improvements: a 178% reduction in onboarding time (to approximately 2.5 hours), a 27% decrease in package loss, an 82% decrease in accident and incident reports, and a 13% increase in user satisfaction rates with the CS team.

Developed IoT and safety solutions for a fleet of 10,000+ vehicles. Launched and localized the Brazilian product portfolio for the Mexican market.
At Kovi I have the opportunity to drive a product on all stages, also to build and scale the company on the go. The company's achievements over the years are impressive. I was responsible for managing the rental platform and driving the results from the very first vehicle rented to an impressive 16000 cars rented in our first year. Maintaining the utilization rate of our fleet over 95% a month.
